Screen size (pixel resolution)

This site requires a minimum screen resolution of 800 pixels (width) by 600 pixels (height) (800x600). Depending on the operating system used, you can easily configure your own system: Start/Settings/ Control Panel/ Display/ Display for Windows95 or Apple/ Control Panels/ Monitors for Macintosh. A resolution of 640x480 will result in enlarged objects on the page, forcing you to move from side to side. To install Quicktime VR :

1. You must download QuickTime from the Apple website choosing the right operating system (Macintosh, Windows 95, 98, 2000, nt, etc).

2. Once the plugin is downloaded, close all open browsers.

a) For the Windows operating systems, double-click on the QuickTime.exe icone and follow the instructions
b) For Macintosh operating systems, double-click the Instal icon the the QuickTime folder and follow the instructions.

3. Restart your browser.

Free download procedure

To download the most recent version of your browser, click on the icon of your choice. Then indicate your operating system (OS) to receive the correct version. After receiving the program file, proceed to the installation on your computer by clicking on the file you downloaded. Do not worry about your bookmarks or address books, as they will be retained in their entirety. These 3 sites offer their programs in English and in French, although the sites are in English. With Netscape, it is preferable to choose the complete version: "complete_install".
